A presentation and review of the ETHICS Model used for comprehensive ethical decision-making concerning examples of cases that have been ruled upon by previous litigated cases. A review of the current rules and regulations set forth by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors in which to draw upon to utilize in discussion of sample cases posing ethical dilemmas.
